Benefits of the tea ingredients:

Ginger: Ginger contains compounds like gingerol and shogaol, known for their anti-inflammatory properties that may enhance insulin sensitivity. Its antioxidants help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, common in insulin resistance. Ginger could also improve lipid profiles, lower cholesterol, and boost glucose uptake by cells, aiding in blood sugar control. Ginger has antidiabetic properties and studies have shown ginger to control hyperinsulinem.

Fennel seeds: Fennel seeds may benefit insulin resistance by providing antioxidants, reducing inflammation, and improving blood sugar regulation. Their high fiber content aids in slowing sugar absorption, while essential nutrients support metabolic health. Improved digestion from fennel seeds can also positively influence insulin sensitivity.

Cardamon: Cardamom benefits insulin resistance and inflammation by offering potent antioxidants, reducing oxidative stress, and anti-inflammatory properties. It helps regulate blood sugar levels, improves insulin sensitivity, and supports metabolic health. Additionally, cardamom aids digestion, which can further enhance overall metabolic function and reduce inflammation.

Lemon: Lemons benefit insulin resistance by providing vitamin C and antioxidants that reduce oxidative stress and inflammation. They aid in regulating blood sugar levels, improve digestion, and enhance insulin sensitivity. Additionally, lemons promote hydration and support overall metabolic health, contributing to better glucose control.
